Actor Debi Mazar’s Battle With Chronic Insomnia,Debi Mazar, 50, has depicted tense, sharp-tongued characters in more than 70 movies, TV programs and stage preparations. She has worked with chiefs Woody Allen and Oliver Stone, and featured as hard-charging marketing expert Shauna on the HBO arrangement "Escort."

At the same time, the performing artist has one part she'd rather not have: incessant light sleeper.

Much sooner than she handled her breakout part in Martin Scorsese's "GoodFellas" (1990), Mazar experiences experienced issues falling – and staying – snoozing.

"I've had a sleeping disorder and inconvenience resting since I was a tyke," says Mazar, a local New Yorker who isolates her time in the middle of Brooklyn and Florence, Italy.
