We imagine someone watching the news, seeing reports about Clinton running and wondering, "Hmmm I wonder if Clinton is running?" Imagine that such a person actually knows how to use a computer!)

So Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), whose announcement prompted his share of dumb Google queries, decided to cut out the middleman and answer people's most common questions in a YouTube video. (His list of questions comes from this Vocativ article.)
