Police: Shots fired early Thursday morning, After responding to two separate calls of shots fired Wednesday, Great Falls Police Officers responded to another call early Thursday morning.
Police dispatch received a call at 3 a.m. that someone heard six shots fired in the area of 7th Street and 8th Avenue South, according to Sgt. Bryan Slavik of the GFPD. Salvik says the caller did not witness anything, but heard the noise of gunshots.
Slavik adds that shell casings were recovered in the street. He says no reports of damage, injuries or suspect information have been received by the police at this point.
“We don’t know what they were shooting at,” he added.
