Gregory Wade Ballard, 45, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with DUI (alcohol) and open container violation. Ballard was released the same day after bonding out through the Rockmart Police Department.
Jason Goodwin Chapman, 38, of Rockmart was arrested by Georgia State Trooper Williams and charged with possession of meth. Chapman remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $5,100 property bond has been set. See also (5/7/2012) (2/17/2010)
Adrian Rashad Huggins, 32, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court. Huggins was released the same day after paying $430. See also (10/5/2012) (11/27/2010)
James Bradford Langley, 32, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with no insurance, expired tag/decal and driving while license withdrawn. Langley was released the same day after posting three property bonds totaling $2,330.
Jessica Brooke Maulding, 28, of Rockmart was arrested by Georgia State Trooper Williams and charged with possession of meth, speeding and cancelled registration. Faith Janea Patterson, 19, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of meth and possession of drug related objects. Patterson was released on 5/3 after posting two property bonds totaling $7,100. See also (4/10/2013) (8/12/2012)
Raasheni Cortez Stocks, 17, of Euharlee was arrested and charged with driving without a license and improper slowing or stopping on roadway. Stocks was released the same day after paying $103.
Jacob Lamar Thompson, 26, of Rockmart was arrested on warrants for six counts theft by receiving stolen property, theft by conversion, theft by deception and five counts fourth degree forgery. Robert Michael Whitehead, 24, of Carrollton was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for probation violation. Whitehead remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (8/4/2012)
