Bride killed in limo fire update: 5 women dead, 4 in ICU in horrific limo fire, A bride-to-be was killed along with four other women when the limo they were riding in burst into flames for no apparent reason on Saturday night. Nine women set out for a night on the town celebrating the bride's up-and-coming nuptials with a bachelorette party, but they never made it to their destination. All nine women are nurses.

According to “Fox and Friends” live on Monday morning, May 6, 2013, Five of the women are dead and the other four are in intensive care with smoke inhalation and burns. Witnesses say the women appeared trapped inside the limo and they couldn't get out as flames shot out of the back third of this stretch luxury vehicle, reports the New York Daily News on May 5, 2013.

The nine women started out at a birthday party in Alameda and headed to the Crowne Plaza hotel in Foster City as part of a bridal shower celebration when the limo burst into flames. The limo became engulfed in fire as it went over the San Francisco Bay on the San Mateo-Hayward Bridge in Foster City, California. Witnesses say there was no apparent accident prior to the limo becoming an inferno.

There were 10 people in the limo, the driver, 46-year-old Orville Brown of San Jose, and nine women, who were close friends having a bachelorette party. The driver is the only person who escaped without injuries.

Authorities say the first 911 call came in about 10 p.m. on Saturday. The engulfed limo was in the third land on the westbound side of state Highway 92. Patrol Officer Art Montiel talked with the media and said that the women who died were probably killed by the fire or smoke inhalation, but the autopsies should give a clearer picture on this. When Montiel was asked if an explosion caused the limo to burst into flames, he couldn't confirm that, according to US News.

The name of the deceased have not been released as of yet, but authorities expect to release their names sometime today. The women who made it out of the limo, but are in intensive care today are, Jasmine Desguia, 34, of San Jose; Mary Guardiano, 42, of Alameda; Nelia Arrellano, 36, of Oakland; and Amalia Loyola, 48, of San Leandro.
