Prince George Tries His Hand at Polo,  Ruler George was taken to watch his father play polo Sunday – however it seemed all he needed to do was slide down a grassy bank.

George, 23 months, was in the nation to watch Prince William and Prince Harry play at the Festival of Polo at the Beaufort Polo Club in Tetbury, England. Amid the match, George stayed close to mother Princess Kate and spent time with imperial playmates Mia Tindall, the little girl of William's cousin Zara, and Savannah and Isla, the daughters of Zara's sibling Peter Phillips and his wife, and Autumn. (George's 1-month-old sister, Princess Charlotte, was clearly not brought along for the family excursion.)

Photographic artist James Whatling says, "[George] was playing on the bank. He was strolling up the steps and after that had a go at sliding down the bank. The more seasoned ones like Savannah was doing it so he needed to do it as well.

"He was sliding down and Kate went along with him, attempting to support him as he did." The energetic baby also attempted his hand at getting a polo hammer and attempting to hit a polo ball, and when he spotted a white ball, he kicked it.
