Sharon Osbourne to Take a Month Off From 'The Talk' After Collapsing, Sharon Osbourne is taking one month off from co-facilitating CBS's "The Talk" after supposedly caving in from depletion.

The TV character and wife of rocker Ozzy Osbourne "fallen from mental and physical exhaustion" after returning home to Los Angeles last Friday night after an occupied outing to New York and Toronto, her rep told People.

"Sharon has been prompted and has consented to take a month break to recuperate completely from these late occasions," Osbourne's representative said. "Sharon might want to thank everybody at 'The Talk' for conceding her this time off and to all companions, family and others for their unfathomable backing."

Osbourne's specialists say she is experiencing "amazing fatigue" and accept that she came back to work too early subsequent to being hospitalized recently for pneumonia.
