Shipley Energy Purchases, York-based Shipley Energy is within 60 days of finalizing a deal to acquire York Oil Service Company Inc.

York Oil Services specializes in home heating oil delivery to the York, touting same day delivery as well as automatic fuel delivery programs. The company also provides commercial fueling services with off road and on road diesel delivery to construction sites, farms and fleets
