It turns out the country superstar quietly married fiance Mary Davis without anyone realizing it. And not as recently as you'd think. People confirmed that a Texas pastor had married the couple a month ago, on March 21.
Travis suffered a very serious stroke in July of 2013, depriving him of the ability to speak or sing, and requiring a cane to walk. He's been undergoing physical therapy ever since (and re-learning how to play the guitar) but it's not clear what his current condition his. Travis hasn't spoken in a public appearance since the stroke.
Still, we wish Travis the best of luck. Not just with his continued recovery, but with the whole "marriage" thing, too. Congratulations!
