Pete Rose is Fox Sports' new MLB analyst

Pete Rose is Fox Sports' new MLB analyst, Pete Rose is back in baseball… sort of. Fox Sports announced Saturday that the all-time hit leader will join the network as an MLB analyst.

In 1989, Rose was banned from baseball for life, and is not permitted in broadcast areas inside MLB stadiums. According to Fox, Rose will appear on pregame and postgame shows from Fox studios, though his first appearance on air has not yet been scheduled.
