It appeared that she also foreshadowed Kim's arrest last week during their bitter feud.
The backstory of their beef was aired on Tuesday's post-season episode The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Secret's Revealed.
The Bravo show uncovered some added layers of animosity between the two wealthy women – probably to pave the way for an explosive start to the next season.
At the RHOBH reunion Kim had revealed that Lisa Rinna sent her threatening texts after another party turned into catfight as the ladies clashed over the state of Kim's sobriety.
The hostility stemmed from Kim insinuating that Lisa's husband had committed some mystery wrong - that could not be 'let out'
At a previously unseen meeting the two frosty socialites discussed the horrid text exchange.
'Be very careful or I am going to f*** you up,' read 50-year-old Kim.
'These texts really concern me Lisa…that's scary to me,' added the former child actress.Quoting another message Lisa sent at 9am she read: 'You need to be stopped. Now'.
'This wasn't said in the heat of the moment, you were sitting around considering this,' she scowled. Lisa's defense was being 'f**ing p***ed off man' because Kim had bad-mouthed her husband.
After some rancorous debate they decided to leave things as they were.
'Am I safe in an environment with you? Are you going to keep your hands to yourself and not leave me threatening messages?' asked Kim, before storming off in a huff.
'Being pi**ed off doesn't give you the right to hurt or threaten people,' she yelled as she left.Lisa, 51, was clearly still furious too.
'Somebody's going to hold you accountable one day Kim Richards and I hope it's yourself, I feel sorry for you,' she screeched back.
